Free Prenatal Fitness Class

Join us on February 4th at 7:30pm at Sports Basement Campbell!

We are hosting a Free Prenatal Fitness Class in the community room at Sports Basement Campbell. Learn how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through different stages of pregnancy. This class will be taught by co-founder of Fit Parent Bootcamp and fellow pregnant mama, Theresa Opp.

Postpartum Restorative Workshop

Learn about pelvic floor, appropriate postpartum exercises and posture!

Here is what we are focusing on:

  • Improve Your Posture
  • Exercises to Strengthen Your Pelvic Floor
  • How to Create a Pelvic Floor Routine at Home

Kids of all ages are welcome. If you have a little one 0-3, please make sure they are in a stroller or carseat.  Please bring water and a yoga mat!
